If there are areas of your website that need frequent updates, such as a blog or events page, it's practical for you to manage these yourself. To facilitate this, we are ensuring you have the tools and knowledge to update your site effectively by:

• Providing personalized screencasts

For less frequently changed content, like a company profile, our team will handle the updates. Theses updates will be counted in the time allocated to your plan.

Creating a website with us involves a collaborative and structured process. Here are the steps we gonna make together.

1. Understanding Your Needs

   • We'll work together to determine the site map, design approach, features (like contact forms, maps, videos), and parts you wish to maintain yourself. These elements shape the future website specs that will define the plan, and therefore the price.
   • Once the plan selected is agreed upon, you'll initiate the project with the signature of the contract and the first monthly payment.
2. Once 1st payment is made

   • Provide us with your content, like logos, brand guidelines, and proofread texts.
   • We'll design your website and present the layout using tools like Figma. Note that up to two design revisions are included, with more available at an additional cost.
3. Once design is 100% approved

   • After finalizing the design, we'll specify the text requirements for each section.
   • Development begins, followed by presenting the first draft for adjustments and refinements.
4. Once website draft is approved

   • We'll specify the required image sizes for you to prepare and send in suitable formats (preferably SVG or full HD).
5. Once site is ready

   • Upon receiving all texts and images, we proceed to launch.
   • The site is then optimized for speed, SEO, etc., ensuring it's ready for your audience.

If you're not satisfied with the design after the first two revisions, we will create a new design based on your updated requirements. Each additional revision will be priced at € 200 ( or Rs 8,000).

You save 10% by paying upfront for a 2-year contract. An additional 5% discount applies for a 3-year commitment with upfront payment, totaling up to 15% savings.

Monthly payments are due by the 1st. If unpaid for 60 days, your site may be deactivated, with a Rs 2,000 reactivation fee. Contact us to resolve payment issues promptly.

The Samurai dashboard is a real-time tool included with all plans, allowing you to monitor your site’s performance, updates, and security. It provides insights to keep your site running smoothly. You'll also find all invoices, receipts and timelogs.

Backups (source code, database, files) are available after 18 consecutive months of payments following the contract launch or a website revamp, or upon paying the remaining amount to reach 18 months since the last launch or revamp. Client-provided content (text, images) can be accessed at any time. Sites and backups are deleted 6 months after termination or deactivation.
